1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlobalTripFares website (globaltripfares.com) and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlobalTripFares Travels ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

2 Our Services

GlobalTripFares provides international and domestic flight booking services, travel consultation, and related travel management services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, and we are not a carrier ourselves.

Our services include:

• Flight search and booking on behalf of customers
• 24/7 customer support via phone and email
• Travel documentation guidance and assistance
• Group travel planning and corporate bookings
• Fare monitoring and deal alerts
• Cancellation, modification, and refund processing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3 Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective airline. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation email and ticket from GlobalTripFares.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, PayPal, and UPI.
• All prices are displayed in the currency specified and include applicable taxes and our service fee unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and ticket is issued.
• We are not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party transaction fees.

4 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are primarily governed by the airline's fare rules at the time of booking. GlobalTripFares will assist you in processing cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the airline policy allows.

• Refundable Tickets: Eligible for a refund minus airline penalties and our administrative fee.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: No monetary refund. Travel credits may be available depending on the airline.
• Partially Used Tickets: No refund on the unused portion unless airline policy explicitly allows it.
• Service Fee: Our booking service fee of $25–$75 (depending on route) is non-refundable in all cases.

To initiate a cancellation, contact us at support@globaltripfares.com or call +1 (656) 556-2293 at least 24 hours before departure whenever possible.

5 User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during booking.
• Ensure all traveler names match exactly as they appear on valid government-issued identification.
• Hold a valid passport and any required visas for all destinations on your itinerary.
• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure (minimum 2 hours for domestic, 3 hours for international).
• Comply with all airline policies regarding baggage, check-in, and conduct.
• Not use our platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

GlobalTripFares is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to comply with the above responsibilities.

6 Pricing & Accuracy

We strive to ensure all prices and information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the booking and issue a full refund, or
• Offer you the corrected price and allow you to choose whether to proceed.

Advertised fares represent the lowest available prices at the time of display and may not be available at the time of booking due to seat availability or fare expiry.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalTripFares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel
• Denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues
• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions
• Technical failures, website downtime, or data loss

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid to GlobalTripFares for the specific booking in question.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the GlobalTripFares website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of GlobalTripFares Travels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

For users in Canada and the United States, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
